1. Open the “Mozilla FireFox” browser.
2. Click on the drop down menu on the top left corner of the Firefox browser, and select “Options.”
3. The “Options” window will open.
4. Click on the “Content” tab.
5. Locate the line that reads “Block pop-up windows” and click the “Exceptions” button next to it.
6. Enter the full URL of the site for which you want to allow popup windows.
7. Click the “Allow” button to add that site to your exceptions list.
8. Continue adding URL’s as necessary until all of your exceptions have been added,
9. Then close the Allowed Sites window and the Options window.
Alternate Temporary Solution
If the above three solutions have not worked and you would just like to submit results before you move onto the next steps, please send us screen shots showing that you have achieved 100% results for you quiz.
You will also need to show screen shots of any Essay Questions within the quiz as these results are not included in the 100% result

1. Right-click your desktop & select Personalise.
2. Click Display in the lower left corner of the window that appears.
3. Select the 100% radio button.
4. Click Apply.

2. From the left navigation panel, select Set custom text size (DPI).
3. From the Scale to this percentage of normal size drop-down list, select 100%.
