We normally reply to emails within 1 – 2 days and will sometimes confirm receipt of online assessments prior to marking
If you are assessed as competent, the results will show on your ‘Results Page’ within 1 – 2 weeks
Practical assessments send via post are normally marked within 1 – 2 weeks
Please contact us if you have sent us an assessment and the results have not been posted to your ‘Results Page’ within these time frames
